Organic Matcha Special collaboration with sugar artist KOYUKI 30g
¥8,000($51.30)
Organic Matcha KOYUKI is an organic tea produced in Honyama, Japan. This matcha is organically grown in order to coexist with nature. No other organic matcha has such a sweet and milky taste. The tea is ground slowly on a stone mortar. Handcrafted using traditional methods to maximize the flavor and aroma of the tea leaves. The distinctive packaging uses a painting by KOYUKI, a sugar artist who is also active overseas, for the packaging. The vivid, delicate, and powerful artwork is a perfect backdrop for a tea-making process that coexists with nature. Shizuoka Organic Matcha specially procured with the cooperation of Marukyo Shoten's contract farmers. Environmentally friendly cultivation methods that do not pollute river water (organic cultivation). We use our own compounded fertilizers to minimize the burden on the global environment. We maximize the blessings of nature, so you can enjoy healthy tea with peace of mind. Single origin (single variety)" that maximizes the individuality of the tea itself. Production area: Grown in Motoyama, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. You can enjoy the natural flavor and aroma of the land here. Motoyama is a region that is almost completely untouched by humans and can be reached by car in more than 50 minutes from the city of Shizuoka. Located in this remote and unexplored region, it is a quiet land where nature is still intact. The mountains are fed by pure water, and the tea is grown according to the natural order of things, without human intervention. Tea leaves grown in such a limited environment are highly valued for their rarity.

Nakai Farm Organic Uji Matcha 30g
¥3,600($23.08)
This organic Uji matcha is ideal not only for preparing traditional usucha, but also for baking, desserts, and a variety of other recipes. It comes from Wazuka, a mountain-surrounded town in southern Kyoto Prefecture that is widely known as one of the finest producing areas of Uji tea. Often referred to as the “home of tea” for its beautiful tea-growing landscape, Wazuka has a long and celebrated history of tea cultivation. Nakai Tea Farm has been producing tea in this region for more than 350 years across seven generations, and its sixth-generation grower, Michio Nakai, began organic, pesticide-free cultivation in the 1980s. Because tea leaves are not washed during harvesting, processing, or distribution, and matcha is consumed in its entirety, organic cultivation without pesticides or chemical fertilizers is especially recommended. Organic matcha may appear slightly more yellowish than conventional matcha, but this is its natural color, reflecting cultivation methods that do not rely on chemical fertilizers. With its distinctive aroma, gentle sweetness, and pleasantly balanced astringency, this matcha offers an authentic and refined flavor that can be enjoyed in both traditional tea preparation and modern culinary creations.
